Vantagepoint Scholarship Fund Accepting Applications

Applications will be accepted beginning December 15, 2007, for scholarships for students of public sector employees who have died in the line of duty. Since 2001, the Vantagepoint Public Memorial Scholarship Fund has provided more than $430,000 in scholarships to 119 students.

The Vantagepoint Public Employee Memorial Scholarship Fund Board of Directors recently approved the 2006/2007 scholarships to be awarded to 32 surviving children or spouses of public sector employees who have died in the line of duty. Applications for the 2007/2008 Scholarships will be accepted beginning December 15, 2007.
