2005 Vantagepoint Memorial Scholarship Recipient featured in Local Newspaper

The Vantagepoint Public Memorial Scholarship Fund was founded in 2001 by ICMA-RC to honor the sacrifice of public sector employees who gave so much to their communities and who paid the ultimate price for their service. The Fund provides the children and spouses of public sector employees who died in the line of duty with greater security through educational scholarships that help them pursue college and vocational school education.
